What happens at the initial consultation?
You meet with Lane Smith, DO to talk through your history and goals. The one-time $149 fee is applied to your plan if you are accepted as a member.
How do the med spa credits work?
Elite members receive $100 a month toward a purchase over $500, and $300 every 3 months toward a purchase over $1,500. Credits do not stack, do not roll over, and apply to treatments and products.
Are add-on programs shipped to me?
The weight loss and peptide programs are mailed to your home. Medication and supplies are included in the weight loss program price.
What if I have an emergency?
Call 911. Direct physician access for Elite members is for non-emergency questions and is subject to our after-hours policy.
